From March 23 to April 19, 2026, 11 local restaurants will come together to offer exclusive dine-in prix-fixe menus ranging from $25 to $65 (plus tax & gratuities), showcasing the culture, creativity, and culinary spirit that make Belleville shine.
As the city begins to bloom into spring, chefs across Belleville are crafting seasonal menus that highlight fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and unforgettable dining moments.

Many participating chefs source ingredients locally, showcasing the incredible growers and producers throughout the Bay of Quinte region. It’s a chance to taste what’s fresh, local, and inspired, often grown just minutes from your table.
